Thank you for choosing Dropsaber! We operate as a dropshipping business, which means we source high-quality products directly from our global partners and suppliers. This allows us to offer unique products at competitive prices, but it also means our delivery times are different from traditional local retailers. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. General Order Information

All orders are subject to product availability and will be fulfilled by our international supply partners. If an item is not available after your purchase, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

Dropsaber.com.au currently ships to addresses within Australia and selected international destinations. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to restrictions imposed by our international carriers.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (if available for your item).

Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount (e.g., $75 AUD). Any such offer will be clearly displayed on the website.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Dropshipping Timeframes: Processing and Transit

Our shipping timeline is split into two parts:

A. Order Processing Time

This is the time it takes for your supplier to verify the order, perform quality checks, package the items, and send them to the shipping carrier.

All orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Note: During peak seasons, like Christmas or large sales events, processing times may be extended.

B. Estimated Delivery (Transit) Times

These times commence from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

Standard Shipping (Default): Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days.

Express Shipping (If Available): Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.

Please Note: Dropshipping involves international logistics. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as unforeseen supplier delays, carrier backlog, or international customs processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the tracking information to become fully active and update, as this depends on the time it takes for our international partners to register the package in the carrier's system.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dropsaber.com.au ships to Australia (DDP - Delivery Duties Paid) unless specified otherwise.

For Australian orders, the price you pay includes any necessary customs or import duties. You should not have to pay extra fees on delivery.

For International orders outside of Australia, the customer is solely responsible for payment of all customs duties, taxes, or local fees that the shipment may attract upon arrival in the destination country. Please check your country's import laws before ordering.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

A. Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@dropsaber.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can resolve the issue with our supplier.

B. Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe (Section 4B), please check your tracking information. If there are no updates or the estimated delivery date has significantly passed, contact us for assistance. We will liaise with the supplier and carrier to initiate a trace or replacement process.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, Dropsaber is not responsible for the misdelivery or the cost of re-shipping.

If an order is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees or will only receive a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping fees).
